New website Database of Bands came out of beta testing and is ready to receive website listings from U.S. bands and musicians. As you can tell from the name, Database of Bands is a central database of bands, music groups, and musicians. When submitting information you can describe your band, music genre, availability and more.

No, we are not trying to be the next switchboard.com, but we are programming and managing the myriad of phone numbers in our database. This should take some of the presure off of the Live Help operators and reduce the number of hotline calls. To see this project in the early stages visit the HSBC Watch Online Address Book. Our research department is building a nice collection for our web visitors. Between our Online Document Library and the new address book information can be retreived by visitors easily and quickly. Our FAQ section fills the gap as well.

Due to a record number of complaints about Household International and HSBC our programmers added a “related topics” link to the forums. Now whenever you view a complaint or read a horror story similar related issues will be listed. To read those issues, check for trends, or further examine what happened just click the links. We have over 1400 postings in the 2004 - 2005 forums, just about as many in the archived forums, and almost 1000 posting in the blogger under “Articles and news”. We added related topics to the blogger and it was popular so we decided to add it to the forums. Thanks for supporting Household - HSBC Watch.
