As we near the end of 2006 and holiday spending increases a recent poll at consumer advocacy website Household - HSBC Watch asks visitors to rate their HSBC-backed credit card. With over 500 participants responding to the poll question an astonishing 79 percent rated their HSBC backed credit card as ‘poor’ or ‘totally unprofessional’. A portion of ongoing compensation from their operation will be donated to the consumer advocacy program at Household - HSBC Watch. They became the fourth merchant to support the watchdog organization.
