LONDON, Aug 6 - HSBC Holdings said on Monday it had appointed Alex Hungate to the new role of Head of Personal Financial Services and Marketing, effective September. HSBC said Hungate, previously the managing director of Reuters Asian business, would also take responsibility for overseeing the group’s advertising, sponsorship and customer marketing activities.
