Another visitor asks: “I am going through a very similar problem with HSBC credit card services. Is there anymore to the story posted? I have written to Mehta and Menezes, executives at HSBC in addition to mailing copies to the FBI, Consumer Affairs Protection, and other agencies. Are any of the agencies on top of this? Are there any litigation proceedings as a result of HSBC deceptive practices? A Class Action Suit?”
