A poll of user satisfaction shows 80% of Household – HSBC Watch visitors rate their HSBC backed credit card as poor or totally unprofessional. The poll can been seen here, or with any article.

Problems persist with HSBC in the United States, in part because the company still has Household International employees, attitudes, and predaotry thinking. Long known for high interest rates, HSBC’s long-term payback from their purchase of Household International remains to be seen. Regulators and law enforcement in the United States will soon be held responsible, as consumer advocates and customers begin to question incorrect or improper replies from consumer complaints about HSBC and their Household International division.
