Siddharth N. (Bobby) Mehta, Chief Executive Officer, HSBC North America Holdings Inc.

Bobby also holds the title of chairman and chief executive officer of HSBC Finance Corporation, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations, which comprises the former Household International Inc., businesses. Bobby serves also as a group managing director of HSBC Holdings plc, with the responsibility for the strategic management of the consumer finance customer group and of credit cards throughout the HSBC Group. Prior to joining the company, Bobby served as a senior vice president at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). At BCG, he developed retail, insurance and investment strategies for a variety of financial services clients. Before joining BCG, he served as vice president of Citicorp’s information business division. Bobby received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago.
