Programmers at Household - HSBC Watch are busy this time of year with major re-writes for 2006. Current forums will be archived for reference only, and closed to future posts and replies. The 2006 forums require registration before posting - a move driven by security.

One new feature is the ability to file complaints online with regulators, legislators, and the media. Visitors are now able to locate their Congressperson or Senator directly from Household - HSBC Watch. Revenue for our consumer advocacy program will come from Yahoo in 2006, replacing Google Adwords. An extensive site search helps visitors find information they are looking for, while related topics are presented to the viewer in our forums and our blog pages.

No changes are planned for the consumer advocacy helpline. It currently is a VoIP service programmed by Live Phone Networks, providing consumers with the opportunity to all Household - HSBC Watch. Call volume is handled by our Live Help Center using online operators to assist our visitors. As in years past, Household - HSBC Watch reminds HSBC customers that HSBC Finance Corporation is actually disgraced predatory lender Household International.

While monitoring predatory lending by HSBC Bank Plc, Household - HSBC Watch collections trend information and performs trend analysis based on customer complaints and customer feedback.
