60 Day Bankruptcy Advisory
Cazel Family Law Offices said in an email to Household - HSBC Watch: This is the 60 day warning on the implementation of the new bankruptcy law. Although some provisions have already taken effect, the majority of the new law begins on October 17, 2005. Those planning on filing bankruptcy under the new law have 60 days to do so. We strongly recommend filing prior to October 1st, but on average, it takes clients 25 days from seeing a client to filing.
