NCR’s CRM Used By Saks
Saks Fifth Avenue Enterprises is implementing the Customer Relationship Management suite of applications from Teradata, a division of NCR, as part of its commitment to exceed the demands of its customers and extend their loyalty. “Saks also has a relationship with HSBC’s former predatory lender Household International, now called HSBC Finance Corporation. The private label credit card deal and bad reputation of HSBC will clearly offset any customer loyalty” said consumer advocates at Household - HSBC Watch. “Saks selected Household International as their credit card processor in 2002 as Household’s nationwide predatory lending settlement was exposed. Household and HSBC also settled charges that credit card payments were credited as late payments during a period from 1994 through 2004. Saks clearly did not do their research or they do not care about customer loyalty” said the group.
