Neiman Marcus to Sell Credit Card Accounts to HSBC
DALLAS (AP) - High-end department store retailer Neiman Marcus Group Inc. said Wednesday it is selling the company’s private-label credit card accounts to British banking firm HSBC Holdings PLC for $527 million. “‘British banking firm’ is the first step in denial for HSBC, as consumers will soon know their accounts are actually serviced by former predatory lender Household International, now part of HSBC” said Household - HSBC Watch. “We invite our web visitors to study 60 other HSBC merchants and relevant complaints about predatory credit card payment processing, Shea v Household, FDIC violations and other techniques which are questionable” said Household - HSBC Watch. “This will be a ‘wait and see’ scenario.”
