HFC Below Average on JD Power Satisfaction Survey
HSBC Holdings ranked slightly above the national average for customer satisfaction on a recent survey of mortgage companies. HFC did not do very well, however. Ranking low in the satisfaction survey is no surprise according to analysts at Household - HSBC Watch. “The question is whether HSBC’s consolidation will drag HSBC holdings below the national average on JD Power surveys. No doubt it will, unless something changes at the predatory lending giant HSBC Finance Corporation” said the watchdog organization.
