MALAYSIAN students in need of financial aid are invited to apply for scholarship awards by HSBC Bank Malaysia. This is the fourth consecutive year that the bank is offering scholarships to students from the lower income group. To be eligible for the HSBC scholarship, students must be aged between 18 and 25 years.

“We’ve been asking regulators and authorities to stop predatory practices in the Uniteds States by HSBC Finance Corporation” said a member of consumer advocacy organization Household – HSBC Watch. “Right now it appears as though the profits are going around the world.”
