HSBC’s Joseph Hoff is CEO of Retail Services
Predatory lender Household International 30 year employee Joesph Hoff is now working with a new name for the troubled and disgraced predatory lender, as HSBC North America named him as the CEO for Retail Services. The main vulnerability for Hoff is his previous position - CFO. Hoff was named chief financial officer of the retail services business in 1996. The company, often not to be believed in it’s press releases, says “Joe has impeccable credentials, the industry experience and first- hand knowledge of the retail services business.”
We must ask Hoff if he thought Shea v Household, where payments were credited late from 1994 to 2004 was acceptable. Are delays in processing payments acceptable? Are outages with online payment site www.hrsaccount.com acceptable? Aldinger telling employees the company was stable just before the stock price dropped and predatory lending charges announced? Household foreclosing on an 89 year old woman in Florida? Are these actions condoned by one who is impecable? You decide. If you have problems with Retail Services let Hoff and Derickson know about it so they can’t deny knowledge in court. Here is the press release:

Their customer care (as they like to call). Where is it at!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE I have never received customer service like this. I plan to cancel all credit cards with this company. You read thier website with false statments as customer service is their number on priorty and they have the best customers service relations to help with customer care. They have no relations with ther customers and don’t care to. My suggestions don’t ever deal with this Co. and cancel all to do with this Co. ASAP.
