The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is an independent body that regulates the financial services industry in the UK. They have a wide range of rule making, investigatory and enforcement powers. The Financial Services Authority visited our Household - HSBC Watch website today, one day after William Aldinger announced his “early retirement.” Spending a long time on the site, the FSA reviewed many aspects of HSBC and HSBC North America, including a review of consumer complaints regarding predatory lending.
