Household Watch points out the names of subsidiaries, found in Google’s news about Brian Zemple:

Brian Zempel was named managing director of HSBC’s business solutions group, the commercial side of HSBC’s retail services business.

HSBC business solutions group focuses specifically on the business-to-
business financing needs of North American companies that operate through
distributorships, catalogs, Internet and traditional retail stores. HSBC’s
proprietary commercial platform is designed to deliver a successful credit
program for its business clients, which include premier companies such as Best
Buy, CompUSA, Costco, Menards and Sony.

Suffice it to say that Household Watch may now call Retail Services “HSBC Retail Services.”
