Household HSBC Watch

Here is our detailed research. To make a long story short, Sandra L. Derickson (Sandy Derickson) is in charge of Household Retail Services. In the paragraphs below we track her titles. Note that Household International does not specifically refer to her as the CEO exclusively. Hexcel, where she is on the board of directors, calls her the CEO of HRS.

Seems Sandy has a new title, so “Group Executive” must be a promotion from her previous title as CEO. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in business and I think the CEO and Chairman of the Board positions are at the top unless something has changed. These titles are more like a game of “Where’s Waldo”

Look carefully and you will see that Sandy is in charge of Retail Services (a hot bed of problems) and Refund Lending (just got H&R Block sued) and Insurance Services (watch for headlines soon.)

The first line is the URL, “Where” tells you what the URL points to, and “Description” is what they report as Sandy’s title.
