WHAT OTHERS SAY:

The secure plan was offered to me at the time that I applied for the credit card at Best Buy. The plan is that if you have made on time payments and have proof that you will not be working for a period of time your account will be frozen. You have no monthly balance due, and no late fees or other charges will be added to your account.

I of course had valid documentation that I would be on maternity leave, received a confirmation letter from the account secure department and yet I still was charged monthly and reported to the credit bureau as 190 days delinquent. I am more than willing to help with anymore information if needed. Thank you.
