Letter to Sandra Derickson, CEO of HRS

Letter to Sandra Derickson, CEO of HRS

Sandra L. Derickson
Household Retail Services
2700 Sanders Road
Prospect Heights IL 60070

As the CEO of Household Retail Services I am sending my report directly to you. Household Retail Services made a mess of my account. I hold you responsible, as leadership comes from the top.

Not one to take my problems directly to the CEO until all other avenues are exhausted, that is where this matter stands at the moment. Your employees and their supervisors had a chance and failed. Therefore my letter is as much advisory as it is a demand for correction.

Sincerely

  1. My husband and I just got off the phone with ONE OF THE MOST NASTIEST REPRESENTATIVES I’VE EVER SPOKEN WITH.

I am trying to settle my account as I have with other creditor’s and never, ever have I ever been soo ticked off. To this so called “Reggie” this may seem like a compliment but it is far from it. He was extremely unprofessional, refused to let me speak with anyone else AND TO TOP IT OFF, HE HUNG UP ON ME! I have never experienced this in my entire professional life.

I return e-mail would seem appropriate immediately.
    Sincerely,
    Debra & Mario Mammi
