RE: Household Retail Services and Best Buy (or change as appropriate)

This letter conveys to you my experience with the subject company. I am sending it to you as mentioned in the web sites for Damage Controls, Best Buy Card, and HouseholdWatch.com

Here is my story.

While researching Household Retail Services I understand that the research group Household Watch has over 1600 complaints categorized and sorted in a database. My complaint is not unique, and the “mistake” is not my fault as the company would like me to believe.

After reading reports from former employees of Household Retail Services and Household Credit Services I fully understand how I was treated in such a manner, and how my account was mishandled. I give great credibility to the reports, as they proved to be true.

Sincerely

(This letter was written before Shea v Household came to light. It is nice to know Household Watch was correct and another trend made it to the courts. Keep your reports coming, and thanks) - from the Household Watch staff
