I purchased a new motorcycle from Yamaha in 2002. Little did I know I was not signing up for an auto loan, But a revolving credit account. I've paid every single bill on time. I took a look at my credit history yesterday and I have 2 revolving credit accounts for the same motorcycle both accounts have the same balance($6196.00) they even have different account numbers. Apparently I'm paying for 2 motorcycles and only recieved one and every bill I get is from a different account every month. I just sold my house and am trying to purchase a new one. Guess what? HSBC made sure that I cant get one. When is the class action law suit coming out folks? I'm in.
