I originally bought a motorcycle through Suzuki credit who sold the account to HSBC after about 6 months. We received the first bill about 2 months after they said to expect it and it already had late fees on it. About 3 months after that, we move dand attempted for SEVEN months to change the address. We were forwarded most of the bills from our old address but eventually the bills stopped coming completely. There are fees on the bills that the customer services representatives cannot explain.

We made 2 payments in one month and still somehow ended up with $60 worth of "interest, insurance and other charges". Also the account amount shown on the bills is the full amount of the loan if we take the entire time to pay it. The payoff amount I got when I called is actually $800 lower, but they never mention this. I don't know how they can charge me interest as a seperate fee when the interest is already figured into the actual account amount. I am very disappointed that Suzuki sold my account to them and I will never do any business with them again.
