I tried many time to open website of hrs account but every time HSBC site open. How to pay online?and what happan to HRS? I am out of usa and want to pay online but how? Is it tactics to collect money in shape to late fee or in shape to other charges?

HSBC bought Household International. Household Retail Services (HRS) is now called HSBC Retail Services. Household Finance (HFC) is HSBC Finance.

www.hrsaccount.com is redirected to a site with updated with HSBC information.

My interest rate was suddenly increased over the last 6 months. Also my bill indicates a late payment when all of my payments have been on time.

ditto. can't pay household bank card on-line either. must pay 15 bucks for phone-by-check payment. I want the free financing I agreed to.
