We purchased two ATV's from Yamaha in 2002 at no point during the purchase were we told that by financing them we would be applying for a Yamaha Credit Card controlled by HSBC. I started writing letters and sending faxes and making phone call after phone call to the customer no service department. To begin with both ATV's were purchased at the same time on the same day. As one purchase. When we recieved our first statment it showed two purchases on two seperate days.Thats just the begininng of the fraud and lies.

Next I was told by the CA Department of Motor Vehicles that my fees had not been paid and we could not recieve our tags. We didn't get those for almost 6 months. Again notified HSBC no response. We were aware that we had puchased them on an introductory rate of 3.9 % The day we made the purchase I was told by the salesperson the rate would roll over to 12%. To our shock after the introductry interest rate expired we recieved our first statement showing our new interest rate at 21.99& . I immediately began calling and writing and got no where. I mailed documents to back up the interest rate we were quoted still no response .

I finally called and informed them that at there interest rate I would be paying over 28,000 for something that originally was less then 11,000 that to me was insane . So I told them to come get the bikes. I just wondering if there is anyone else out there who has been screwed over and had there credit destroyed by HSBC. Does anyone know how to make these people respond to complaints.
