Predatory lender Household International 30 year employee Joesph Hoff is now working with a new name for the troubled and disgraced predatory lender, as HSBC North America named him as the CEO for Retail Services. The main vulnerability for Hoff is his previous position - CFO. Hoff was named chief financial officer of the retail services business in 1996. Hoff reports to Sandra Derickson.

If you have problems logging on to hrsaccount.com, or experience any problems with Retail Services, please write directly to Mr. Joseph Hoff and Ms. Sandy Derickson at HSBC Finance Corporation, Retail Services Division, 2700 Sanders Road, Prospect Heights, IL 60070

In cases where you know or suspect violations of United States laws and regulations, please let these executives know. Bernie Ebbers was the latest to try the "I didn't know" excuse. Ken Lay, L. Dennis Kozlowski (Tyco), James S. Pasman Jr., David Bermingham, Gary Mulgrew and Giles Darby, and the list goes on. CFO Alan Dawes of Delphi, CFO Weston Smith of HealthSouth, CFO of WorldCom Scott Sullivan, Enron top accountant Richard Causey, and more.

Even Lea Fastow, the wife of former Enron Corp. finance chief Andrew Fastow pleaded guilty Thursday to helping her husband hide ill-gotten income from some of his myriad financial schemes and was sentenced to a year in prison.

We can all see the importance of sending our letters to Hoff andd Derickson. Send them with "Delivery Confirmation" from the USPS, a green receipt filled out by the mail carrier. Cost is about $4.
