HSBC is the 2nd largest bank in the world. If you have issues that have not been resolved in you respected countries, you may write to

Sir John Bond
Office of The President
HSBC Holdings plc
8 Canada Square
London E14 5HQ
United Kingdom

The office of the President will investigate the issue.

Thank you for your posting. Perhaps it will benefit someone, however we must point out that letters sent from HSBC Watch to HSBC Headquarters at the address shown in your post have never been acknowledged, replied to or investigated. We sent three formal letters over a period of six months, none of which have been answered via return mail. No replies were received via email, and no telephone calls to our UK or US telephone numbers were received from HSBC Headquarters.

Before HSBC bought Household International we corresponded with Household International via US mail and always received replies even though some replies did not address the issues in which we had interest. Thus one would conclude that HSBC Headquarters is not willing to speak on the issues facing consumers in the United States whereas Household International was willing to do so.

Again, thank you for your input. I am not challenging what you say but simply stating what we are qualified to report at this time based on our experience.
