Topic Title: Will Never shop Jordan Furniture HSBC/RS again

I feel that HRS is rude to their customers, and they are always charging high late fees for their customers. They don't have any compassion for the customer that tries to pay their bill.
I feel that Jordan Furniture should find another credit card company to use. Because of HRS I will never shop at Jordan Furniture again and will not use HRS again. They don't give anyone a break and they are taking advantage of consumers with all their late fees. I hope that I would be able to be reimbursed for all my late fees, and for fees to pay by phone.
I feel so ripped off by that company and I will report it to the Better Business Bureau and to Attorney General. I will make sure that HRS gets reported for their business practice.
