I bought a motorcycle last year and first it was financed through GECF then HSBC bought it out and since then i have not seen it on my credit report. I have called them several times about why it wasnt reported and they keep saying that they report it every month. I was trying to build my credit up and its really depressing to find out that a major account is not reported. now I have some difficulties on trying to get another loan. I have tried to get them to send me payment histories but none have shown up. I have even asked them to fax it to me and they said it would take up to 15 business days. Is there anything I can do?

I recently signed up for a house hold bank credit card. It had a $300 limit. This was three weeks ago. I never activated the card. I became suspicious when I received a (first bill in the mail yesterday) for $59.00... I called there customer service to cancel my card. The first lady I spoke with hung up with me just after telling her I wanted to cancel my card. Hmmm... I grew more suspisicous. I called again and I got an Indian guy who was telling me off and mixing my words around. I simply asked him to cancel my card. He asked why, I told him why and he asked why again. He said my excuse is not good enough to cancel the card. He also said that he processed a 'request' to have my card cancelled. He said 'they will call me when the card has been cancelled'. I hung up. I don't have time to deal with people like this. This is sickening that some companies work like this. What can I do?
