Topic Title: Took 3 months to know this was predatory

When i initially got my loan it was at 9%, now a few months later it is at 13%, sometimes my billing dates are 25 days and sometimes it is 30 days sometimes its 31 days, so this affects the payments also. This was never disclosed to me and when I talk with them, they talk gibberish. My monthly amount has increased over $100 in 7 months. It appears that my loan amount is unchanging, i never see even a little dent in it because of the high interest rate.
We monitor customer trends for possible violations of Regulation Z and other possible illegal actions.
