I Have Been With HSBC since 1999. I took out a loan of $10,000 for my small business because I was injured & was recovering From Neck Surgery. I Needed To Keep My Small Business Alive.

My balance Is Over What I Started At. I Owe $10,800.00 in January 2005. Now I've Been Trying To Get A Hardship Because My Whole back And Spine Are Messed Up. Now And I'm Trying To Get a Pemanent Hardship. They Won't Let Me! I met all of their requirements.

On Dec 28th they told me they were going to foreclose on us and I was going to lose our home so I borrowed the amount needed to pay them They put a nasty man on the phone he threatend me!

He asked how long I had lived at this address I said 25 years I ask why he wanted to know? He said "how would you like to lose your home?"

I said "is this a threat?" The phone got quiet! The next thing I heard was the manager's voice. He was listening on the line when the other guy was threatening me! PLEASE HELP ME !
