Topic Title: Telephone Payments Mis-applied Too

I have made several payments over the telephone with represenatives and have later been told they were not processed due to a problem with my credit union. Somehow my bill has gone from $1372.00 in 10-12-04 to $1616 5-07-05 when I have been late , but paid every month.
