Topic Title: Taxmaster information not updated on credit report

A credit history revealed that Household Tax Masters (that's what they are called) has not cleared my tax record of 2001. I went through H&R Block for my refund. The gentleman there transposed some numbers and I was notified 3 weeks after the refund that they had over paid me.
When I filed my taxes the next year the company said Household took their money out of my refund because they have a link to the system. The money was taken but my record has never been updated. I have spoken several times, sent letters, and don't know what else too do.
We monitor customer trends for possible violations of Regulation Z and other possible illegal actions.
