Ok everybody who is or has had anything to do with HSBC or their subs. I do not know if this will work or not but I have had it with them and I have contacted 60 minutes and our local news channel. If I get a response from any of them I will need more than just myself to tell the story to get peole to sit up and listen. If you care to tell your story you can contact me at mwmorrow2003@yahoo.com. I will keep you posted on how things are going.

Here are the last 50 posts in case you need them. The link will always stay current so if a complaint near the bottom of the list is of interest to you please bookmark it. It will rotate off the list.

Good luck with your effort. If there is anything else we can do let us know.

Somewhere I read a post about having a department that forges peoples names on the papers. I need that post. They say that we signed papers and we have not signed anything for them. Thanks for your help.

I am a mortgage broker in MD and I have come across this company repeatedly on my clients credit reports. Their billing and credit reporting practices are absolutely attrocious. If you can get 60 minutes to cover it they can come an interview me and I'll show how badly they are hurting consumers. It's unacceptable to report 30 and 60 day late payments because of their accounting and billing errors. Furthermore, their customer service people are uninformed and worthelss.
