Topic Title: System creates problem with address

On many occasions what was described happened to me. I would receive the bill days before the due date and also without an apartment number. I would call them numerous times and every time they would tell me the same thing; that the system was creating a problem with the address. I tended to realize it was a scam.

Luckily, I was able to pay off the loan, although I still have a balance on an older Rooms To Go account with Retail Services. This company needs to be investigated and fined heavily by the government or in the appropriate courts.
