Topic Title: Stopped Sending Our Statements Again

Our acct was sold to them, got one statement the first time and it was for 2 months payment so i complained until they started sending them. then they changed our payment due date without letting us know. Our account never decreases in payoff, it stays the same only few dollars difference, and now we owe around $800.00 on account and they have stopped sending us statements, so i dont know where or how to get a hold of them. so here i am with no way to send in a payment.

try this link for paying on line if it is the Retail Services in Carol Stream, IL - I pay my payments on line using this link.. but you'll have to have your statement ...... I found it by accident as they do not advertise it nor put it on their statements. Good luck
