Topic Title: Statements received too near due date

Post

From day one, I have received my statements in the mail only a few days before the payment is due. So if I was to mail a payment when I receive the statement, my payment would ALWAYS be received as late.

To prevent this from happening, I have enrolled on online bill pay with my bank and the bill gets paid even before I get my statement.
This is the only way to prevent late fees and penalties with this Merchant.

I have a loan which was originally through GE Capital for a motorcycle. It was sold to HSBC in 2004, and ever since the loan was sold I have had nothing but issues with HSBC having incorrect account information, the wrong individuals on the account, false late fees, and incorrect information given and recieved. The most recent insult is that I sold my motorcycle, and the lender who bought it got the payoff amount from HSBC for 3918.00 two weeks after the loan was paid off, HSBC sends me a billing for over 5000 and is applying charges for late fees which supposedly occured several years ago while the loan was with GE capital!! I am looking for legal counsel to sue HSBC in a class action.
