Topic Title: Sears Air Conditioner and Furnace

Post

"I had a home improvement account with Sears for a new air conditioner
& furnace, I guess they sold my account to Retail Services/Household
Bank. The amount of payment was increased, there is no grace period,
and they charged me $29.00 for being 3 days late on my payment.
Please add this to, what I am sure is, a long list of
complaints....Thank you"
