Topic Title: Rainsoft and HRS - Poor Choice

I have documented all attempts of phone and mail communication to require HRS, and the dealership of which I purchased a RainSoft sytem, to replace a system that's Never functioned properly. I've been dealing with these people since 4/2003! HRS is deceitful in their billing practices. Harrass me by phone at my workplace as well as my home. Do not let me present my case to them and have refused to make the dealer replace the non-functioning system but harrass me to continue to pay for it. I just drafted a letter to them stating that I am NOT paying another cent until they do right! I'm prepared to go to court if necessary. Do you have a case against them, too? How are our chances? Please let me know ASAP!! Thank you,
