Topic Title: Prepare For Court Early

I asked for information on my account that is needed for a court date and they will not supply me with the information for 30 to 60 days, and then want to charge $5.00 for each copy of checks.

A third party was paying this account I did not know they had stopped paying until they called and threated me that they were going to put the account in a collection agency.Never received any correspondence from them.
