Topic Title: Predatory Lender Statements Resemble Junk Mail

My very first bill came with a return address of (Retail Services) for the return address. I had no knowledge of Retail Services and since we get a lot of junk mail from credit card companies, etc. I didn't pay attention to it. Of course I get a phone call later demanding the payment plus next months payment which is not due yet and a late charge. They would not take it off.
