Topic Title: Park West - HSBC Attempts Questioned

I opened a Park West Galleries account on a Celebrity cruise to purchase art at an art auction. After the first bill, I attempted an online transfer of the entire amount to another credit card that had a low balance. My next Retail SVCs statement showed that they attempted the payment, it was rejected due to NSF and they charged $25 for a return check and $35 for a late fee. The credit card that was supposed to pay the balance say they show no record of any attempt made or rejected to transfer the balance. This also affects my credit report. What do I do to get those fees removed?
