Awhile back, I was going on vacation and sent my payment well in advance, and of course they said I was late. This happened more then nce to me.

I did not receive a bill for several months after I set up the account. When a representative called to collect payment and asked why the payment was late, I told him I hadn't received a bill yet. So far, the bills are right on time but come late and I have trouble paying it on time.
