Topic Title: No Title But Many Excuses
I had an account with Household Retail Services from 2001 til 2004. All of my payments were always current and I paid more than the minimum every billing cycle. I recently paid the balance in full so that they would release my title. Household cashed my check on the 23rd of August and I have still not recieved my title (an entire month to date).
I tried calling them, and I get a different excuse everytime. I don't understand how a company can send a bill correctly to my address for three years, but fails to do so when it requires sending the title?
