Hi, I don't have a major complaint (yet). I purchased a motorcycle from someone in NY. The motorcycle title listed a lien which was paid off. The owner didn't have a copy of the lien release any longer. I am trying to find someone at HRSI who can provide this info (I've emailed, written and called). Everyone I reach says they can't provide a lien release because the lien is not in my name.
I have the signed over title and lien releases do not provide personal info so I don't see the problem. Is there a way, or someone to contact, who can provide a lien release for a 2003 Ninja 250 Motorcycle (vin # JKAdeletedA097481). The person the lien was originally issued under has washed his hands of them and said I can get a copy directly from them. Turns out this is not at easy as I thought it would be!
