I PURCHASED FURNITURE FROM HANK'S FURNITURE STORE IN LITTLE ROCK, AR. IT WAS 12 MONTHS NO INTEREST. I DID NOT RECEIVE BILLS FROM RETAIL SERVICES. I DIVIDED MY TOTAL BY 12 AND PAID IT EACH MONTH. THE NEXT MONTH THEY ACTUALLY SENT ME A BILL SHOWING ALMOST 500 DOLLARS IN ACCRUED INTEREST. THEY SAID MY 12TH PAYMENT WAS 7 DAYS AFTER THE FREE PERIOD, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WITHIN THE DUE DATE. THEY CONTINUE TO HARRASS ME.

I never opened an account with these people. Once I find their toll free number I am going to have them close this account.
We monitor customer trends for possible violations of Regulation Z and other possible illegal actions.
