I am a victim of retail services through COMPUSA. HRS stopped sending me billing statements and now my 10 year old loan is back to the original amount. They changed my due date so when my payments were being deducted it was always late. Then they started sending sporatic bills to my sister instead of me and she didn't tell me for a while. It is criminal what they are trying to do.
