Topic Title: No bill but Late Fee - Twice

I opened Best Buy acct. in March for a one year no finance... I August I rec'd no bill but got late fee in September - too busy to fight so I just went along. Now December I get no bill and Jan get a late fee. Now I'm mad and found your site.

When I called to complain, I had to speak to three people but referenced the FTC case your site opened and finally got them to waive both $35 fees and the interest too. I hope this helps others! Thanks for making it public!
