Topic Title: My biggest fear is HSBC Buying My Mortgage

I've studied a lot of companies on the net, and talked to many people. Some say Ocwen and Wells Fargo are predatory, but I haven't seen them scamming credit card customers, financing jet skis or forging applications.
Some say Bank of America has been fined a lot more than others, which is true. But I don't see them financing Sadaam Hussein's oil for food program or helping Usama (Osama) Bin Laden, or laundering money in Spain.
But from a regular person's perspective, like real people that have real bills and kids to feed, my biggest fear is Household buying my mortgage servicing from my current lender. This means I am afraid of HSBC, HFC, Beneficial, and Decision One Mortgage. Just look at the court's public records, binding arbitration decisions, and nationwide class actions.
Thanks for publishing the list of companies they front for. Keep it on the bottom of your web site forever. These predators are like Aids - if they can't come in the front door they will get in the back door, but either way they will kill your credit, your hopes, and your dreams.
Keep up the good work. The american public appreciates it even if HSBC doesn't.
