Topic Title: More HSBC telephone numbers

Regarding HSBC/RS, I have 2 more phone numbers and a FAX number that may be useful.

The numbers are 800-477-6000, which helped with part of my situation, and they referred me to 800-695-6950 for further help.

They then gave me a FAX to send my concern to: 630-475-4313. I was told to send it attn: Correspondence Dep\'t / Close Account.
