Topic Title: Miliitary receives late bills and poor credit

I had my motorcycle financed under Suzuki Financing and then it was taken over by HSBC Retail Services, since then I have been receiving bills approximately 3 days before they are due. In addition I have been receiving threatening phone calls about the status of my account due to all of my payments being received late. Even in a perfect postal system there is no way that a letter will be received in that ammount of time. I have yet to be able to get in contact with anyone from the company to discuss this.
