I financed 2 ATV's through "Suzuki Credit". I started receiving statements from "Household Retail Services". My first statement received (within the month of purchase) showed that I had a late fee AND my payment was double what I was promised at the Suzuki dealership. I have a 4 year finance option, but I plan on paying the account off in under 9 months to ensure I have plenty of time to clear up when they say I haven't paid it off - as I'm seeing is a major trend coming from their office.

THIS IS A TREND!!! I have seen others as well as me that are having the same problem. I dug out my contract today and put in a dispute with HRSI. They are going to take 30-60 days. Personally, I am going to check up on them every 10 days. Contact me if you find anything else out. I'm getting a lawyer in 60 days if I don't get satisfaction.

I agree they are the absoulute worst with harassing phone calls and mean people. Every other company that I have dealt with regarding missed payments or inability to pay because of hospital problems have always worked with me. Not HRS they wanted the whole 6000.00 now I will never do business with them again.

I am one who gets to jump in this boat. I was lied to by an auto dealer and lied to by House Hold. I had had enough as of this month I have opted to file bankruptcy just to make them go away. One lie has wrecked our lives and it isn’t right. We buy a van and we were told no early pay off penalties and it was to be at a slightly higher then market interest. I had guarantied financing through another company but would have to hold off for 30 days. We couldn’t so we would buy and refinance at the end of the month. Well the early pay off was massive and the higher than market was high interest credit card. I have done this for to long and have opted to try and start my life over. They single handedly destroyed our lives and I have been through a lot.

It is the dealer that is at fault...
